1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Realtors CRM ("we", "us") governing your access to and use of our website, web apps, and mobile apps (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for an agency, you confirm you have authority to bind that agency.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the actions of agents and staff you add. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
3. Subscriptions and Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at purchase and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
4. Your Data
You own the data you put into the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display it solely to provide and support the Service. You are responsible for the lawfulness of your Customer Data, for having the right to contact your leads and clients, and for complying with applicable marketing, messaging, and data protection laws. You can export or delete your data at any time, subject to our retention terms in the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes, including sending spam or unsolicited messages.
- Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
- Misrepresent properties, prices, or your identity to clients or third parties.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Realtors CRM and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it during your subscription.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party tools such as property portals, email, and payment providers. Your use of them is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
8. Suspension and Termination
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or any business result such as leads or sales. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Islamabad have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country.
11. Changes and Contact
