1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Realtors CRM ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use our website, web apps, and mobile apps (the "Service"). Realtors CRM is a customer relationship management platform for real estate professionals. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email, phone number, agency, license details, password, and profile details you provide when you register.
• Customer data: information you enter or import about your own clients and leads, such as names, contact details, property preferences, notes, transaction details, and communication history.
• Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, features used, and timestamps, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
• Billing information: subscription plan and payment details. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

If you connect third-party accounts (email, calendar, or contacts), we receive the data you authorize, only to provide the features you enable.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide, maintain, and secure the Service, including contact management, pipelines, reminders, and reporting.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Send service messages such as security alerts, receipts, and product updates.
• Provide support and respond to your requests.
• Analyze usage to fix bugs and improve features.
• Prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your Customer Data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

4. How We Share Information

We never sell personal information. We share it only in these cases:

• Service providers: hosting, payment processing, email and SMS delivery, analytics, and customer support vendors, bound by confidentiality and data protection terms.
• Integrations you enable: third-party services you connect, such as property portals, calendars, or email accounts.
• Legal and safety: when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users or the public.
• Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you before your data becomes subject to a different policy.

5. Your Clients' Data and Messaging

For Customer Data about your clients and leads, you are the data controller and Realtors CRM acts as your processor. We process that data only on your instructions and to provide the Service.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store and contact your clients, and for complying with applicable laws on email, text, and calling in your country. Obtain consent before sending marketing messages through the Service. Clients who want their data accessed or deleted should contact you directly; we will help you fulfil those requests.

Retention. We keep account and Customer Data while your account is active. After you close your account, we delete or anonymize it within 90 days, except where law requires us to keep records (for example, billing records).

Security. We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email info@realtorscrm.com. We will respond within 30 days. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link.

Children. The Service is for business use by adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

International transfers. Our team is based in Pakistan and we serve customers in several countries, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

8. Changes and Contact

We may update this policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect, and update the effective date above.
